Tropical Smoothie

Sometimes mornings can be hard. We get it. Sometimes you need a little bit of a boost. Yes, you can get a boost from coffee, but why would you when you can also get it from a deliciously healthy smoothie!? This perfectly colourful tropical smoothie is pretty much a jar full of sunshine. If this smoothie doesn’t wake you up with a nice boost, we don’t know what will.

This smoothie is full of delicious tropical flavours like mango, peaches and pineapple. We love keeping frozen fruit like these in the freezer year round, because on those dreary days you can get a really nice pick-me-up from fruit like these. The smoothie’s liquid base is from coconut water and we cannot tell you how much we love coconut water. Coconut water keeps you so hydrated and it is filled with electrolytes. If it makes sense with the flavours of the smoothie ingredients, we are putting coconut water in it.

If a tropical smoothie isn’t your thing, don’t worry! We also have two more smoothie recipes that went live today. Be sure to check them out here: Avocado Chocolate Smoothie and Berry Beet Smoothie.
